Too Much Work Not Enough Play…

• It’s been a few weeks since the break up. An in order to keep Melody’s mind busy she’s been working more at the shop then usual. She quit her job at the juice bar , finished up her college courses at the university for her fashion / arts major filled out the application for this fashion intern position snagged the job of course she has to start from the bottom to get to the top in other news things are looking up for her her relationship life is non existent at the moment. She hasn’t seen her high school friends in awhile so she called up Amara an Trish to go out to the club for drinks an to catch up.

Trish : So what’s been going on with you hooker ? it’s been a minute I know we all been busy but we got’s to do this more.

Melody : You know me same old same old I just finished up my college courses. Got this new gig as an intern hopefully something more so I can get my sketches out an a lot more of my designs in other places an not just my store you know.

Amara : Sounds good boo I’m proud of you, you doing your thang I know I need some free clothes (lol B*tch) I’m not playing with you. You know what we all need to do ?

Melody: What (lol) An I got you.

Amara : We needs another girls night at the crib you know cards drinks snacks food especially food pizza is a given just to catch up more even take a day off or go on vacation a girls outing.

Trish : That sounds fun I agree.

Melody : Me too let me get a few things out the way an we can definitely do that I’m in need of a break plus I got’s to call Yaya an Harper.
