Can someone tell me why my sliders I downloaded for s3 are not showing unzipped everything and when I go in cas I don’t see nothing

Can someone tell me what are good mods an cc that are must haves for starting over again a link or name would be helpful… is there away to gather your mods so the game want take to long to load
